- Richard listed and sold my home
Richard met withe me shortly after i contacted him. He was familiar with my neighborhood & what the selling prices were for a similar home in my neighborhood. He suggested a price which I agreed to. I had a cash offer for my asking price within 15 hours, which led me to believe I may have been able to get more for my house. However, I believe the offer was fair and was fine with the sale. Inspection turned up a few items and I was prepared to settle for a specified amount. Richard suggested I cut the settlement in half, which the buyer accepted. I would recommend his firm to others looking to sell their home.
