First, I would like to start by apologizing to Richard for taking so long to write this review. Next I would like to congratulate the readers that have made the first most important decision when it comes to real estate. The decision to buy or sale. And finally, I would like to thank and congratulate Keller William Capital City for having in their team such an amazing asset. This is my second time using Richard Crafts. The first time was to purchase my second home in down town Salem. This time he sold my first home in Independence. Richard has an exceptional way of building trustworthy relationships with his clients. He is extremely invested in what he does and incredibly knowledgeable and prepare. When I talk to Richard About my thoughts to sale my house he didn't address me as a potential client but as a friend needing information. He listened to everything i was concern about and gave me peace of mind. He gave me important information about the market and he allowed me to have full control with his guidance, knowledge and support. The sale of a home can out to be a lot more stressful than a purchase come to find out. However, with Richard I had nothing to stress about because he thinks way ahead to find solutions to any problem that may arise. This man took all the worries away from me. When I chose to put a fresh coat of paint he showed up to the property ready to help. Can you think of anyone else as dedicated to his clients? A few other issues came up with the property and he addressed them perfectly. If you are considering selling or purchasing a real estate I strongly recommend that you consider Richard Crafts for such an important decision. I have future plans to upgrade my current home and Richard is the only person I trust to take care of all my needs.
