Richard Cusolito

I have been involved in real estate for 18 years. I moved to the Coachella Valley 10 years ago and serve the cities of Indio, La Quinta, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert and Cathedral City. Mostly, I serve buyers in those areas as it allows me to meet and work with so many individual families and find their dream home here in the desert. I can supply you with referal testimonials from past clients who also have become long time friends, which happens with most of my clients. Finding that just right home and the just right price for you is my priorty, regardless of the time it takes to find it. I am a married Christian man, non smoker, non drinker and am familiar with all communities here in the desert, including golf properties, senior living communities and family home developments and looking forward to hearing from you.
