Real Estate is my passion. I entered this business to help people. Whether it is a first-time buyer or someone who is purchasing their 10th home, my goal is to help make the experience as smooth and informative as possible. Adding in a touch of fun makes it even better. My contract negotiation skills are current, and I focus on customer service. I try to instill confidence in both my buyers and sellers by being on time, returning phone calls and texts, and explaining the process every step of the way. At a very early age, I began to understand and appreciate the value of real estate. My father, Val Dearden, and his company, Val Dearden Construction, built a large portion of the Ogden, South Ogden, Riverdale, Roy, and Washington Terrace area back in the 50's to the late 70's. He acquired a great deal of real estate and taught me the importance of location in terms of value and agriculture. We moved to Palm Springs, CA, where my brother got into Real Estate.
