Both Richard and Cindy were licensed in 1998 with Richard going on to get his Broker’s license. From 2001-2003 they diligently continued their education through the Realtor Graduate Institute and were awarded the GRI designation. Realtors who have achieved this designation have in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. In addition, they achieved their Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNS) designations as well.
