  • Rich listed and sold my home

Lack of attention to detail. Too many dumb mistakes. Felt like I was bothering him. Felt like I was not worth his attention. Multiple contracts had errors and after given detailed written instructions made multiple mistakes and had to re-write contracts multiple times to get them correct. Couldn't get a showing of another agents listing due to tenant in place. Brushed me off. I called the listing agent for the tenant property and had a viewing the same day. Was going to make an offer on a property that had been on the market for 9 months. Rich phoned saying I needed a stronger offer as there were multiple offers. I told Rich to forget it and we move on. Then Rich called back an hour later begging me to write an offer. Something about the seller was upside down and needed to bring $10k to closing. Then the story was seller was going to fix up the property and raise the price $20k Then I was told by Rich the seller didn't have the money to close. So which was it? no money? multiple offers? or no money to close? Where was the money coming to fix property if seller didn't have money to close? Rich sent the termite inspector for the sale of his listing, my home, to his office 3 cities away by mistake. Needless to say that wasn't cool. Ask yourself, does this sound like a detailed, ambitious agent you want to deal with? This is just a few examples.
