I have been a real estate broker for 30 years. I have worked for Coldwell Banker for 18 years achieving President's Circle and President's Elite for sales production. I have currently been with Intero for 12 years having achieved the Executive Circle award multiple times.
I specialize in residential, income properties and 1031 exchanges.
I work with equally buyers and sellers. When I work with buyers I try to find the ideal property that fits their wants and needs. I will negotiate hard to get the ideal deal. For sellers I try to market to the largest target area. I not only deal locally but have lived in the Bay Area so I bring in buyers from that pipeline. Working for Intero which is a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate (Warren Buffet is my boss), I not only have nationwide exposure I have international exposure.
