Richard Guelich has had a love of real estate development since he was a child, which he inherited from his father, a Bay Area developer. He’s been pursuing it ever since, first during his 20-year career as a construction litigation and transaction lawyer, and starting in 2009, as a broker associate. Although born, raised, and educated throughout California, Palm Springs has always been regarded as home. Both his parents and grandparents had homes here, and his longtime association with the region gives him local expertise as well as market insight.
