- Richard helped me buy a home
We have worked with Richard MANY times as he has helped us find and acquire a variety of rental houses in the area. Our professional association goes back to at least 2010, I think, and we have worked with him numerous times. He has bee very accommodating both with his time and expertise at all times. And he works hard to find us those quirky homes we are looking for. Highly recommend!
- Richard helped me buy a home
Richard was outstanding. He helped us find the perfect home in the OBX based on our budget and priorities. He explained the ins and outs of owning an OBX vacation home and demonstrated an through understanding of the market. In addition to the generous amount of time he spent with us, he was also very responsive to our calls, texts and emails. We highly recommend Richard.
- Richard listed and sold my home
Richard is extremely knowledgeable in regards to the real estate market in the Outer Banks. He sold our house in one day! And we had a back-up offer within 48 hours. Highly recommended. We'll use him again when we upgrade to a larger home.

Honesty, integrity is second nature. Knowledge of the area and the realtor game is the experience you look and he’s got a lot. I could go on , but I’ll stop here and say , he’s the best realtor on the beach . We are proud to be his first closing . RT Realty OBX! Chris and Linda Midcalf want to say thanks Richard. Give him a call for your real estate needs...

I’ll save the superlatives. Richard is the best realtor I’ve dealt with anywhere. We are proud to be his first closing. Chris and Linda Midcalf want to say thanks again. BTW , besides being the only realtor you will ever want , Richard is a pretty cool guy.

My post with the 3 stars is an error. It should be 5 stars. My tech skills don’t work to well sometimes. Chris Midcalf.

My first post is wrong . Richard is 5 star. I didn’t know what I did, I know Richard isn’t a 3 Star guy . Just want to clarify. Chris
