The closing was difficult due to several issues not related to the real estate firm but Rich followed the entire process & even offered to drive to Saginaw Mi. to get some documents we needed(we were able to secure them on line-saved a trip for Rich) I would recommend Rich to anyone needing a real estate agents help.

Richard Harrison was very knowledgeable and encouraging through the whole process of selling our Uncle's home. Because of Rich's efforts, we didn't have to deal with trying to sell our Uncle's home this winter.

Richard is a top-notch realtor who goes above and beyond. He was helpful to the end.. He made extra trips to the house for showings even when he wasn't needed due to a disgruntled tenant who was uncooperative. Richard also helped me at the last minute to ensure all the trash was out of the house left behind by renters and tried his best to have the lawn cut one final time before purchaser acquired the property. His actions speak loudly, he is a stand-up man and that is why I chose him after meeting him. There was no need to look further! His presentation was well received and he was informative. He was also friendly, which is another asset of his. He is very knowledgeable about many things. He is interesting and polished! I cannot, I repeat, I CANNOT say enough good about Richard... he's the BEST!

Richard was an absolute delight to work with. As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and was apprehensive but Richard answered them all and made me feel at ease. He always seemed to be available; I felt like his only client! We hit a lot of bumps in the road, but Richard was right there the whole time, guiding me through the process and trying to have the best decisions made for me. I felt like I was treated like an actual person, not just a sale. I plan on upsizing in a few years, and Im crossing my fingers that Richard will be able to assist me in my second home purchase. I will definitely be passing his name onto my friends who are also starting to navigate the homeowner's world.
