Richard Harty

I wanted to send a note regarding my experience with Rich Harty and the Harty Reality Group. We began working with Rich in August of 2014. Since that time we have looked at a very large number of houses. The areas that we focused our searches in changed a number of times as well as the type, style and price range. He dealt with these changes in direction with grace. Richs background in construction and his honesty about the pros and cons of a house were very refreshing and stopped us from making a mistake more that once. Rich was not there to sell a house, he was there to help us find a home. His willingness to come out to show houses on short notice, to review the houses that my wife found, and to take the time to just talk us through various situations was above and beyond. I would use Rich and his Realty Group again without question, recommend him to anyone looking for a house, and consider Rich a lifelong friend.
