Richard helped me flip my own house. I got top dollar and my house went from worst to first in the neighborhood. I moved out of Nevada and Richard worked with the contractor he recommended to keep the remodel on schedule and that the quality of work was top notch. The contractor did great work and the house was literally sold over a weekend with multiple offers. He knows the Las Vegas Real Estate Market and current fashion trends.
