I've been a full time real estate broker in the Boulder/Denver area since 1980 and have worked in every market condition imaginable - from very tough to incredibly good. I put that experience to work for my clients. I've watched real estate technology transition from MLS books (a weekly compilation of listings the size of a phone book!), Polaroid cameras and IBM Selectric typewriters, to online MLS systems, smartphones and tablets and transactions that are done 100% online. I'm a firm believer in adapting and embracing new technology and changing how I work to suit the times. In 2009 I fundamentally changed how I got paid. I charged sellers an up front fee to list their property and at closing a total commission of 2-3.8%.
