Richard Maestas

Pathetic agent who will lie, manipulate and twist facts just to get his commission, would not recommend to anyone

I am writing this reference at the request of Mr. Richard Maestas, who worked as my realtor and assisted me with the sale of my home in Albuquerque, NM. Mr. Maestas is very organized, professional, and pleasant to work with. He knows the Albuquerque housing market very well and is prompt, responsive, and organized. I never felt pressured or forced into any decision. The selling process was seamless and without incident. My house closed in April 2020; I was extremely pleased that the house sold quickly and at the price I anticipated. If you are looking for an honest, qualified, and reliable realtor in the Albuquerque area I would highly recommend using Maestas and Associates Realtors, LLC.

07/08/2020 To whom this may concern, I highly recommend working with Mr. Maestas when looking for your home. He helped us greatly with understanding the home buying process and was there to help with any stress or confusion we felt. Mr. Maestas is very detailed and organized, even during this stress time of reducing face to face interaction he was still always in contact with us every step of the way from when the seller accepted our offer to when inspections were scheduled and even letting us know if any information was needed from our loan officer. He understands the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho area very well from how the neighborhood are or how far the distance of stores, schools, and entertainment is. We were ecstatic when we found our first home and could not have done it without Mr. Maestas’s help. We closed on our first home 05/27/2020 and could not be any happier. I close with this statement Mr. Maestas is a wonderful individual and he made the entire process easy and stress free. All the best, Susana and Joey Deysee Sramires1990@yahoo.com / jdeysee@yahoo.com
