What I first like about Mr McKinney is that he answered the phone. He came out to the house and was very thorough in explaining the home selling process. We put the house on the market about a week later and the photos he did were amazing. There were two showings the first day and a few days later he called with two offers!!! Mr McKinney is straight forward, honest and easy to deal with. He knows everyone in the business and it showed. The buyers even raved about how he helped get them a thousand dollars off their insurance quote. If you need a great Realtor, the call Richard. He is the best around.

We listed and bought two homes with Mr McKinney. He loves his job and it shows. The first house sold in about a month and the whole process was smooth and stress free. He kept us informed and handled everything. We then came back to the area and immediately called Richard to find a condo. Richard went to work and found us three units that were exactly what we were looking for. Once again, the process was smooth and easy. Richard knows the real estate business and local communities.
