Rich Miskiewicz is a gem. Buying a place for the first time can be stressful, and Rich has the perfect reassuring personality which made my experience truly wonderful. He is extremely responsive, and extraordinarily patient. He is a great communicator, which is essential since the home-buying process is lengthy and complicated. He follows through, is knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the people he is working with. All of the other professionals he recommended along the way (lender, home inspector, etc) were also excellent. I recommend him 100%.

Buying a new house in a city you dont know is a very daunting experience. But I couldnt have asked for a better broker. Rich was professional, but warm and caring and not at all pushy. He really listened to what we wanted and helped us get it. Even after the purchase, he has gone above and beyond the normal duties of a real estate broker. Dont hesitate to use Rich as your broker.

I can't say enough good things about my experience working with Rich. We decided to move to the Denver area from out of state with very little knowledge of the area. We had been shopping online in various neighborhoods for months before reaching out to Rich. From the first phone call he was patient, respectful and courteous. Rich set up a few automated searches for us through the Compass app and suggested we schedule a trip to see some homes and neighborhoods in person.With two toddlers in tow, we visited a couple houses with Rich on a Friday morning. After those two houses, he had a good idea of what we were looking for and actually suggested a completely different set of neighborhoods for our search. We spent that night researching homes and Rich put together an itinerary for a full day of house hunting on Saturday. Rich came prepared with a binder of MLS listings and even pulled some comps for us. His local knowledge was apparent at each of our 9 stops that day, and by the end of the day we had narrowed our search to 2 square blocks.About a week after returning to our home state, a home came up for sale in one of the areas we had chosen. Rich set up a virtual showing for us as soon as the house opened up. We trusted Rich's knowledge of our family's needs and he helped us to write an attractive offer. The next day we were under contract, and closed 3 weeks later.From start to finish Rich helped guide us through the local real estate market and introduced us to several vendors to assist with lending, insurance and home renovation. He stayed focused on the process from start to finish, never pressured us to make a decision and made my family's best interests his main priority.
