Richard Mulder is a great Real Estate Agent. He goes above and beyond for you. Richard sold my condo in Costa Mesa back in 2015. To my knowledge from friends its a very stressful process but Richard was able to do it stress free. He always communicated with me on a timely basis when the condo needed to be shown and gave me ample enough time to have it ready for viewing. He always had an honest opinion when I asked him about the property. He went above and beyond and help me pack and move my furniture and personal items.
