I listed my house with Richard at the height of Covid fears and was somewhat ambivalent about having strangers walking through my house. Richard took great care to meet with every agent and potential buyer, handed out gloves, and went over my house with antiseptic wipes after buyers left. He went out of his way to make me comfortable with the process. He has a low key but totally professional and knowledgeable manner - I had a contract on my house in 8 days and closed within 30 days. It was a seamless transition, and I would recommend Richard to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house. He's the best!
