Rick is good at communicating with you, he gives honest advice, and gave me many tips. One of the tips he gave me was that my well cap was not compliant with the new county standards so I had it changed out before the county tested my water. Also, he had a good sense of pricing my house based on his experience within the Chautauqua County area. Another thing I liked is that Rick and Julia use a simple survey system that potential buyers filled out after viewing the house. Most people filled it out and I got immediate feedback about the price of the house, interest level of the people, and things they liked or did not like about the house. My house was on the market for a week at the end of June before it sold and I accepted an offer that was $4000 less than the asking price.
