My girlfriend and I were looking for a condo to purchase in Spring of 2019. I was moving from New Hampshire to Boston and she was moving from Connecticut to Boston. We had some knowledge about Boston, but were no means an expert when it came to the best neighborhood to live in. Through referrals, we learned of Jon and reached out to him. We explain what we were looking for in our search and Jon was able to help us find the best neighborhoods to live in. Once we had a plan of the best neighborhoods, Jon was able to help us find condos that met the criteria we were looking for. Due to my work schedule, it was some times to find a time to see condos, which was a problem as condos in Boston were selling quickly. Jon yet again worked with us to see the condos, going out of his way to make sure we had seen the condos we were most interested in. As we moved towards closing, Jon was able to give us referrals for mortgage brokers and attorneys. I ran into problems with the closing on my house in New Hampshire and Jon continued to work with us and the selling agent to make sure all parties were happy. Buying a house can be a very chaotic process, but Jon's knowledge of the area, willingness to accommodate his clients, listen to their needs, connections throughout Boston and overall knowledge of real estate made the process much easier. I would recommend Jon to anyone looking to buy a house or condo in Boston and the Greater Boston area and I would work with him again in the future.

Rick assisted me in a local move - my house had sold but had some complex contingencies. Rick identified a number of homes before we found the right one. Rick did an outstanding job in both the negotiation with a challenging seller and in integrating the contingencies. The thing I liked best about Rick was his communication approach. He was always available and shared news as it was available. This is in contrast to a number of agents that I've dealt with over the years where getting information is a challenge.
