Hello everyone, I meant to write this earlier but with moving and trying to find the right words to describe what Rick did for me; well, let’s say I didn’t get it done as fast as I wanted to. So, here it is. If you are looking for a relator, Rick is the guy. He is a true difference maker. Nowadays, one can list a house by owner using social media, the internet, and real estate websites. But if you need a guy to handle it all and get your house sold, Rick gets it done. I was in a pinch and under pressure to sell my home. When selling by owner didn’t work out and a highly regarded real estate office out of South Tampa failed me, I turned to Rick. Rick is very knowledgeable about the real estate industry, can run an open house like no one I have ever seen, is an expert negotiator, and can deal with everyone involved with a friendly and kind demeanor. Rick listened to what I needed, was forthright in dealing with the situation, and simply took care of what needed to be done, which was selling my house. I just wish I had turned to him earlier. I am glad that through my experience, I can now consider him a friend as well.
