When I first met Wendy I felt very comfortable and as we moved forward, I had no doubt that we were very fortunate to get her as our real estate agent. Wendy guided and supported us throughout the process and she proved to be very responsive answering my questions including by phone, text, and e-mail. She kept us up to date daily, even hourly to new listings and always made herself available to view houses. Her extensive knowledge of the different areas of Antioch combined with her ability to listen and understand our needs made for a perfect collaboration. Wendy also helped set us up with multiple referrals including home, roof & pool inspections as well as homeowners insurance. When we ultimately found what has proven to be the house of our dreams, my wife and I had doubts that it would happen but exactly 35 days after we looked at the house and put in our bid, we closed and received the keys. My wife and I both feel we could not have had a better real estate agent.

Rick is simply the best! We decided to sell our home and first went with an agent that was known to our family for some time. We got very disappointed because she was not fighting for us, she took long to communicate and when she did, she would give half baked information. She was always coming up with excuses for the house not selling for example; there are way too many homes on the market, your house lacks this/lacks that and so on. This was very troubling because the market was a seller's market, homes similar to ours were being sold off in seven days. This went on for over a month and we decided to get a more experienced and proven realtor and there came Rick. He visited our property and the first thing he said was this home is going to be an easy and fast sale. He arranged the first open house over the weekend and the following Tuesday we had an offer and the same folks bought our home. He did the opposite of what our first agent was doing, he was very aggressive and not passive, he did not just sit and wait for clients to call, his office has buyer and seller agents who do round the clock marketing of your home. They were always calling me to set up appointments for people to come and view the home which is very good because some sloppy agents relay on just open houses. I highly recommend Rick and his team and next time we are shopping, we will definitely use their services again.

I know Shelby must be a very busy agent, because Rick Fuller Realtors are rated as the best team in the area, but it never felt like she was too busy for us. She got us a showing for the house we wanted the day after we met, we made an offer the second day, and it was accepted the third day. During the month before closing, we texted and emailed her with dozens of questions and we always felt like we were her top priority. I would say that we would definitely use Shelby again, but she already helped us get our dream home, so we never have to move again!
