Rick was awesome to work with. WE, having a very big family needed to work with someone who had the knowledge of the area and the patience to show us lots of homes to fit our big family needs. Rick worked really hard to make sure we bought the home we felt was right for us.

Working with Rick was such a pleasure. Although we were difficult buyers and couldn't come to a definitive decision on which home to buy, Rick help guide us through each home giving advice and pros and cons of each home so we could make the best decision for our family. He never tried pointing us toward any home. He told us, he didn't care how many homes he had to show us and that he wanted to make sure we bought the house we wanted to live in. That's what I call doing your job and not looking out for your wallet, like other agents!!! I will recommend Rick to whoever I know is wanting to buy or sell a home.

Rick has helped me buy and sell 2 homes now. My first home was as a first time home buyer. Rick took the extra time to go over the entire process of buying a home. He helped me every step of the way. I was single when I bought my first home. After I got married and had a child, Rick helped my husband and I sell my home and buy our new home. My husband had never gone through the process of buying or selling a home. Rick walked us through selling our house with the same patience and knowledge he gave me when I bought the home. IT sold in 8 days!!! We sold our 2nd home just about a year later due to job transfers. Rick sold our home in 11 days this time. We moved to WVa and wish Rick had been a licensed agent here but because I remembered a lot of what he taught me, I didn't have many issues buying another home. I understood almost everything I was told and when I didn't know if I believed the agent who I was working with I would call Rick for confirmation. He truly is an awesome real estate agent and person!!!
