Since 2006 Rick has ranked in the top 3% of all Realtors in Central Indiana. More precisely he was ranked as a “Top 200” Realtor out of more than 6,500 Realtors. Rick sells homes.
Rick’s innate business abilities emerged at an early age when he launched his own lawn care business while his buddies were still playing Little League. Rick transformed his business into a successful company which employed 15 people and provided service to over 600 clients.
In 2002 Rick decided it was the right time to redirect his energy. He obtained his real estate sales license and joined REMAX. In 2004 Rick obtained his broker’s license and launched Indiana Realty One. Indiana Realty One is an independent real estate company. More homes are sold by independent real estate companies than all the “big names” combined.
