Rick Theisen, Counselor Realty. I have been a licensed real estate agent since September of 1986. I love what I do and I believe that it really shows through to those buyers and sellers that are referred to me. I make a special effort to ensure that clients feel there is mutual trust, respect and open communication throughout the process as that is the cornerstone to a successful working relationship. It is a priority of mine to prepare all buyers and sellers about the process and continually educate them to minimize any unwanted surprises. I have extensive experience in resale homes, new construction, first time buyers, land sales, foreclosures and short sales. My clients can also take advantage of other professional contacts I work with including home inspectors, title companies and attorneys.
