We were very picky when it came to buying a home. We looked at many different houses in came very close to closing on one but ended up having an issue with at the last moment. Rick was very patient and clearly explained everything to us. He had a plethora of resources for us to research. Thanks to Rick we were able to make Informed decisions about the buying process. This is our very 1st home and it was very overwhelming but Rick made it much easier for us. Thank you very much Rick for all of your hard work You spent almost 5 months driving all over the place trying to help us find the perfect home in our budget and we could not be happier.

Ricky works diligently to help me and my son find our perfect house. We had a lot of bumps along the way with the seller and Ricky was there to smooth all of them out. He answered me day nights and weekends anytime I had a question and was always willing to meet me at any property that I was interested in . Despite the frustrations we ran into with the seller he remained persistent and professionally the entire time and never made me feel like I was a bother to him. He was able to make negotiations that I thought for sure would fall through. If anyone is considering buying a house all you need to do is call Mr Gates and he will walk you through every step of the way until you're happily in the perfect home I personally guarantee it. He's got a natural talent for what he does and he delivered on every promise. He was referred to me by someone else and I'm glad that he was I have absolutely no complaints on any of the work that he did for me. He's also an amazing guy and was great with my son and I appreciate everything he did for us
