"I met Rick at an open house almost 3 years ago. I liked him right away so I hired him to help me find property to build a house on. We found a great lot and he helped us get the property. He then gave me a reputable builder that he has known for a very long time. The house turned out great. I went into many houses being built and none have come close to the quality that our house was built to. I decided a month ago to put the house up for sale since we just simply don't go there enough. He went right away and got a photographer to take pictures and listed in within a couple of days. He did an open house the first weekend and the house was under contract within 7 days. He is excellent a communicating throughout the whole process, especially since I was out of state during the whole sale. Thanks Rick!"

I had to select "Currently Working Together" since the other selections did not apply. Rick helped me sell a vacant lot which my father owned for about 40 years. Rick and I have never meet in person. All of our transactions were through email and over the phone. But Rick was recommended to me by a mutual friend. Rick explained his game plan to sell the property through the internet. Rick understood the area and he coached us accurately on what we could expect to receive for the property. Rick or his assistant answered emails promptly. The process took a little longer then expected due to the buyer having issues with overseas funds, but Rick kept us informed through out the process. Overall it was a very easy and pleasant experience.

We listed with Rick and he had our home soled within a few weeks. He did 2 Open House weekends and worked his butt off for us. This is the guy you need. He is awesome and gets the job done. Don't use any other Real Estate person other than Rick.
