I first called Rike on a Saturday after driving back from Colorado Springs the long way home after looking at a few areas and homes just out of curiosity. Although he was out of town, he returned every call and every text almost immediately. We werent really seriously looking for a new home so I said dont bother sending us anything unless its very special. He knew of a listing that was going to be coming on the market soon and his solid relationship with the owner made it possible for a showing the next week, months before it was scheduled to go on the market. We loved it, it was perfect, we made an offer that day. Rike and Jonathan made a country dream home come true for us! They then sold our present home in 10 days. Along the way Rike and Jonathan were always there to solve the problems that inevitably come up with professional advice and sometimes needed humor. Rike and Jonathan, thanks!!! Its too bad that there are only five stars, for I would have happily given Jonathan at least 20. We worked with him for three months to find the perfect house, and although Im it was frustrating for Jonathan when we turned down one house after another, he was unfailingly cheerful and patient with us, and always was ready to show us the next house we wanted to see. Truly, it doesnt get any better than that! If you are looking for the perfect Realtor, this is where to find him. We couldnt have asked for anyone more wonderful.
