Rilwan Adesola

Rilwan has a two page long document to explain the application process and criteria for leasing a home. There is no talking to him on the phone at all. He will ONLY accept emails. He also refuses to communicate at all with the client, only the agent. He was responsive when we wanted to view the property and when we decided to apply. We sent in our application and supporting documents then he went silent. He refused to respond to any further emails requesting status from my agent. Thinking maybe we did something wrong we resubmitted our application package. Still silence. No courtesy emails to let us know we did something wrong or didn't provide something or that we were denied for whatever reason. This is a HIGHLY unprofessional agent. My suggestion is to be aware that there may be issues with the management company owned by this realtor and managing this home. They may be just as unresponsive to tenant concerns.

Absolutely an atrocious realtor! If you see a listing with this realtor, do not even entertain as a possibilty. Couldn't be bpthered with any form of communication.
