Rimo was very professional during the entire process. He was caring and took time to help me find a house that I could feel comfortable in. He works effortlessly; ensuring I was satisfied. He showed patience and paid attention to the details of what I was looking for and helped me find my home. I am truly happy with this retaliator and will call him again.

Rimo took me to see houses that he knew I might like and it didn't take me long to find the house that I fell in love with. It only took one day and he helped me get the house in a lower price from what they wanted. I am very happy with Rimo and I thank him.

Be aware of this agent. I've done 100's of deals and never been treated with such disrespect. Wish I would have known how he operates before submitting my offer. I had a property under contract with him, submitted my EMD and did my inspection. Being an experienced investor/cash buyer, we don't usually do home inspections and do 5 day inspection periods. I requested a small credit ($7500) as there were some bigger issues than expected. He got so upset and said how we operate in such an unprofessional/petty way. Since the numbers now didn't work for us, we told him we were going to work on assigning it to one of our other investors as we do assignments with lots of different investors. We know the pain of having to start fresh with a sale, so rather than just cancel we chose to do work on finding one of our buyers to take it. I sent him an email (on last day of inspection period) letting him know that we can either send cancelation now which I did NOT want to do, but was willing OR if he could please ask his seller to give us the weekend so we can find a buyer so they didn't have to start fresh. Myself and my agent sent multiple emails and texts trying to confirm what he wanted. He ignored us completely until today (day after inspection ended) and told that since we didn't send cancelation he's keeping EMD. Not once did I even think of doing anything malicious but thought that any decent agent would appreciate what we were doing so they didn't have to start all over. I am 90% sure I would have had this property assigned today or by Monday as I had told him. I am disgusted and hope this gets out to anyone either submitting on his houses or thinking of using him. Unprofessional, unethical and just terrible. I've never had to do this before by posting a review to "warn" people.
