- Rita C and I connected, but did no business
Rita did not invest the time to look at comparable coops in Larchmont where she has a listing. Without sizing up the competition, she devalued the listing at 1299 Palmer Ave. by using a floor plan. I have personally visited similar junior 4 coops plus 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom in Larchmont and each of those coops is smaller in size compared to her listing at 1299 Palmer. As a realtor, she should know the square footage is never accurate for coops but to compare a 880 sq. ft. coop to a 700 sq. ft. coop is irresponsible and misleading as well as false advertising. Obviously having her seller lose money in the transaction means nothing to Rita.
