We met Nicki after inquiring about an online listing in Lido Key. We discussed our preferences and Nicki got back to us quickly with potential condo units. Over the course of a couple of days she continued to send us listings and we selected five to see in person. During the showings, Nicki was very patient and did not function as a tour guide or try to "sell" us on the unit. She answered our questions and pointed out features etc. that we had overlooked. One of the units was a pretty clear choice for us and Nicki did an excellent job of negotiating with the seller/agent. Since this was a long-distance purchase for us we relied on her heavily to get us through the purchase/close process. She answered what seemed like a million questions and was always accessible and got back to us in a very timely manner. It was a painless process for us and we really appreciate her hard work. We highly recommend her.
