We had finally made the decision to relocate from Joliet to Glenview to be closer to our grandchildren. However, we were not very familiar with the area and the opportunities it had available. Ms. Masini was very patient in showing us various listing in Glenview and the surrounding communities. And she was very attentive in listening to our likes and dislikes when viewing various properties. As a result we found the perfect new home (a condominium) close to our grandchildren, near to shopping areas and medical facilities, with very few steps to climb, and within the price range we had expressed.Relocating to a new community is always going to be an emotional experience. My wife and I feel very fortunate to have found Ms. Rita Masini to assist in the process. She continues to be a valuable resource to us as we settle in to life in Glenview identifying stores, restaurants, and services in the area. Rita was excellent and delivered on all fronts! As first time home buyers we really weren't sure what to expect. She made sure to meet with us in person and explain what the process would entail from the house hunt all the way to closing. Once we started the search, she took the time to point out the components of the house you sometimes dismiss during a walk through, but make the big difference in cost and longevity of the house; gravel or concrete crawl space, age of water heater, size of electrical panel, plumbing, etc. When we went to make an offer she provided guidance on the neighborhoods and what was fair market value so we weren't offending a seller nor paying too much for a property. Overall she made us feel comfortable and supported in what can be a very overwhelming process. We will definitely be calling Rita if/when the time comes for us to look for another house.
