I just moved into my first home in February 2012 with the help of Ritchie. I had no idea what I was getting into and Ritchies walked me through everything. He really understood what I was looking for and was considerate of what I had to work with. There was no pressure to move quicker than I wanted to but he was always available when I wanted to jump on a showing quickly. After we put together my offer I decided to have the additional inspections done on the house and used the providers he recommended, and boy was that a win for me. We were able to get a lot of additional repairs and the entire sewer line was replaced, thanks to having that extra sewer scope done. Everyone he worked with was fantastic. When we ran into trouble with the other agent, the house, the bank, home insurance Ritchie was on top of it helping sort things out with me. After I got the keys to my new home there were problems with the condition of the house not meeting the agreed upon terms and even though the sale was already closed he jumped in his car right away to help me sort it out. This house had a lot of hoops to jump through to get it and had it not been for Ritchie I dont know what would have happened. He really went above and beyond.

I would completely recommend working with Ritchie if you are looking to buy or sell a home. He worked with my beau and I for several months and was able to educate us first time home buyers of all the things we needed to know. I loved the automated emails we were sent that were tailored to our taste and budget, they were extremely helpful in weeding things out and letting us jump on others wed have never found on our own. Never once did we feel pressured or abandoned in the decision process. Ultimately we had several offers that didnt end up going through (damn Californians with their cash offers) but we are still keeping our eye out for that special one and when the time comes, I know it will be Ritchie wholl be handing us the keys.

Ritchie is absolutely fantastic and I would whole heartedly recommend him. He helped us recently complete a transaction with a very difficult seller. The situation was absolutely ludicrous but Ritchie kept a level head during the entire transaction and did everything possible to make sure that the deal went through as pain free as possible. Definitely couldnt have done it without his guidance and calm approach. Thanks again!
