Mr. Awan has a documented pattern of unethical behavior, including threats to terminate my lease in retaliation for reporting utility shutoffs caused by his own delinquent accounts. I possess extensive written records — including text messages, photographs, and receipts — demonstrating his ongoing failure to maintain the property and my personal expenditures to repair basic living conditions out of pocket. Upon vacating the property, I left it in better condition than received, supported by dated photographs. Mr. Awan is now attempting to withhold my security deposit under fabricated pretenses.
