Do not let this man into your home if you're white. He won't speak to you, won't answer questions, and will low ball the value of your home. Guarantee if I were black, I would have dropped the PMI on my mortgage but because of him, I have to continue to pay. He valued it $4K under the original appraisal done 3 years ago on a new construction and $60K less than the Zillow estimate. You're ridiculous and racist RJ Davenport. Karma! I hope it visits. you soon! Find a personality and learn to treat people fairly.

This person called my home as if he was a debt collector after I initiated a call for a BPO appraisal. He was rude and refused to offer his credentials. I called mt mortgage company to IMMEDIATELY have them locate another appraiser. He will not gain access to my home....no way
