I couldn't be happier with how I was treated by Rob. He was extremely responsive and very pro-active when it came to communicating with me, from the sale of my old home to the purchase of my new house. I wish I could find some criticism to help him better himself, but I honestly can't think of anything that he could have done differently or better for us. We had some difficult moments in both aspects (selling and buying) and I'm not sure any other realtor would have had the patience to deal with me. Rob walked me through each issue and made sure I understood what was happening. We weren't entirely sure what the process would entail and how much work it would take, but Rob was VERY informative, and you could tell right off the bat that he knew his craft and had our best interests in mind. When I first met Rob, he explained that his job is more service than sales. He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local real estate market. Every time I viewed a new property Rob would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems commenting on the quality of construction, finish, and functionality. Rob also led me through multiple rounds of negotiations to get to a price I was comfortable with. I found the property that was right for me, and I am proud to call it home. - Joyce D
