"We found Rob during an open house. We had no realtor at the time, so he quickly jumped to offer his services. We decided to work with him. He showed us many properties (~20). From day one we explained the source of our down payment, stocks. After a month and a half of looking at properties we found one and decided to make an offer. We ended up on a negotiation situation, in which the seller did not agree to our full terms the first time, so we counter offer with a second verbal offer. Then the seller decided the first offer was more beneficial to him and decided to revert back and accept the initial offer, despite being expired. At the same time, we saw a sharply decline on our only source of down payment (stock holdings). We immediately informed our realtor and decided to withdraw our offer. Shortly, after I receive an email from Rob, expressing his anger and calling me unprofessional and warning us he will contact other agents to tell them not to work with us. As a realtor you need to be understand the client, their needs, expectations, and financial situation. A realtor should never get angry when see a commission not being achieved, and never never should express angry to a client. I will certainly will not recommend his services to anyone. If you are looking for a guy that wants to make fast commission out of your business without listening to you, then Rob is the guy to go."
