  • Rob listed and sold my home

It was amazing how fast he sold my house! He is so nice and so caring. He told us exactly what needed to be done to the house to make it more attractive. He gave us some choices on how much we wanted to make- 1. Sell as is. 2. Do a minimal amount of improvement. 3. Make lots of improvements. We chose the middle road. So glad we did because we got the amount we were asking for! So happy!
