Rob and Jeannie did an excellent job from managing my expectations, pricing, and then advising me during the process. They were my buyer agents six years earlier and I called them to list and sell it. The house was a challenge to sell as it was rented the last few years and in need of major TLC, They worked with me--while I was overseas--to ensure that needed improvements were made to target a specific price point. They took the work-load off of me to ensure that the an appropriate buyer was found. They are experts in the preparation, the process, and the local market and I will seek them out again the next time I am in the market to either purchase or sell property. Five Stars.

Rob and Jeannie are great at their jobs! They helped my wife and I buy our first townhouse four years ago, and only a month ago we sold that same property with them very quickly. They make the house buying/selling experience a great one. For our first home they spent over a year with us patiently looking at homes till we found the right one, so when it was time to sell our house we knew who to call. We were lucky enough to meet Rob and Jeannie at an open house they had listed and from that moment, they worked tirelessly to get us the house of our dreams! But first we had to sell our townhome. They came over and advised us as to staging, decluttering, storing excess furniture and belongings via their PODs discount ect. Went on the market on a Friday. 1st open house 2 days later attracted 23 families due to their extensive pre-marketing efforts. We had a contract 3 days later. Then they helped us find an apartment while we searched with them for a single family home. When we couldn't find the perfect fit they suggested new construction. They represented us in they negotiations knocking thousands off the list price and securing closing costs from the builder. Helped advise with option choices IE flooring, lighting / wiring placement, cabinets, appliances, granite etc. Even referred a fencing company for our dog. We're so very happy with our brand new house! We will use them for all of our future real estate sales and purchase transactions and enthusiastically refer them to anyone in need of great realtors.

Rob and Jeannie met us last minute at a place that looked great online but we found out it was an actual fire sale fixer upper. They knew we would be disappointed when we saw it but they had also researched the market in the area and found a house that just went on sale up the street that matched exactly what we were looking for at the time and was even better than we had hoped the other one would be. They guided the sales process through coordinating with us and the seller for the best price and ensuring that everything went as on schedule. It was the first house in 18 months that we were actually able to close on because everything else had fallen through for various reasons. Fortunately, we met Rob and Jeannie who were able to make that whole deal go through.
