We have enjoyed Rob's expertise in handling several real estate transactions over the years. He has sold two homes for us, assisted in our purchase of one home and assisted in helping both of our daughters buy their first homes as well. It was service you would expect for a $1,000,000.00 valued property. Ours? Just a HUD manufactured home in need of LOTS of tender love and care. Thanks Sherri! Note: due to the nature of the purchase the value was determined by HUD or its agent and we offered what we thought was a fair purchase price per normal HUD home negotiations.

Not only is this team knowledgable about the market and area, but offer great advice along the way when its needed. From difficult buyers and how to deal with them to how to handle problems when building a house. They have the experience and the extra contacts needed to get the job done.
