Robb is phenomenal! We worked with him for about a year, starting with some land search when we were still located in Chicago area. Although it wasn't a high dollar transaction, he went out of his way to go make a video for us and send us the link since he knew we couldn't actually see the lot in person. I don't think there are many realtors who would even bother to do that. This is how we knew we found the right person to work with.Robb has all the qualities you'd seek in a great realtor. Professional (knows his stuff), extremely responsiveness, communicative (email, text, app, phone - whatever works for the customer) and patient. My husband and I always felt Robb was advocating for us and he made the process a good experience for us. I would highly recommend Robb to anyone looking to truly partner with a real estate agent.

Great agent, always there to answer my questions when I was buying. I had changes of plan a couple of times and he was always patient and was on the ball through out the process. Even after closing he was able to find time and help me with issues dealing with the seller.

Robb went above and beyond all of my expectations of someone in his position to meet my needs. Here's the story: I was frantically looking for a place to rent and stumbled across a listing in Edmonds where I wouldn't be available to attend the open house. Robb instantly offered to show me the property outside of his regular hours. He arrived early and did all of the research pertaining to this particular unit. Funny enough, the keys in the lock box did not work in the lock for the unit. Instead of giving up, Robb contacted the listing agent, current tenant, and even went as far as asking a neighbor to find a possible solution. After some time, we were in the unit and his eye for detail along with assessment for value helped solidify my decision! If it weren't for his efforts, I would not have been in such a wonderful position. I will gladly refer any of my friends or family to Robb, knowing that he will do what it takes to help

Working with Robb was an excellent experience all the way from searching for a property to closing with escrow. We visited several properties together, both suggestions from him and places that I found on my own. I happened on Rob by accident, clicking on a link in Zillow without realizing the implications. He has been an excellent agent and very responsive and patient with my repeated change in requirements (first time home buyer), and repeated questions. The few times I hadn't gotten through to him immediately I received a call back within a very short time, a matter of minutes. Even working to help get a house sold on memorial day. I have a friend moving into town and I plan on having him work with Robb, that alone should give some idea of the level level of respect he has gained from me
