I highly recommend Rob. Very thorough with a friendly and eager attitude. He treated me as if I was his priority. If i got his voicemail, his response was immediate. We went from an offer to closing in 2 weeks. Rob was on top of everything and kept me always informed. Proud to have had him as my realtor and would never sell or buy without him as my realtor. He may be new to the real estate business, but if he doesn't have an immediate answer to a question he will ask the right people and do the research to be certain of giving you an honest and informed answer. I truly cannot compliment Rob enough. I initially chose Rob to list my condominium in Seagrove Beach for sale because I observed how hard he worked to sell a property close to mine. He did a thorough market analysis to help choose a listing price, he helped coordinate service contractors for repairs, and met them to allow them entry to our unit. He helped stage the unit for best first impression. You name it, and he did it to help stage and market our unit. He was always pleasant and gave frequent updates on the status of showings. When trying to sell a property from afar, it is critical to have someone that you can trust to handle the details, and Rob is certainly that person.

I contacted Rob about seeing several houses and neighborhoods when we were traveling to Florida for a job interview. He had little information and little time to put together a list of places that would be beneficial for us to see in order to get a feel for the different neighborhoods in the area. He went above and beyond in the time he spent with us and the thought he put into lining up particular homes in particular neighborhoods. He is very knowledgeable about the area, honest in answering questions, and he paid attention to our needs so that the next home he showed us checked even more of our boxes than the first. I highly recommend him and his team whether you are in search of a primary or secondary home... you will not be disappointed
