Rob was very helpful to my husband and I.. We were first time home buyers and he couldn't have made it easier he stayed up very late writing up our contract to make sure we got the house we loved!

I interviewed 3 Realtors before electing to go with Robert. I was impressed with his enthusiasm, sincerity and honesty. The other 2 Realtors had many more years of experience but I Robert impressed me as the one I could totally trust and who would work the hardest. He presented the 1st offer within 24 hrs of listing. Then within a week he presented another offer very close to the asking price and he surprised me by negotiating that the buyer would pay for the title search. There were some issues to close this sale, but we worked together to get it done. Job well done.
