Robert Borsay is a snake, to say the least. He rented out a townhome to my family, but failed to mention that there were 4 other people living in the townhome. Two bathrooms, one shower, with 7 people total. The house was filthy, kids running in and out, the property was ill taken care of. We couldn't afford much so we had no choice but to stay until we found something better. In the end, we found out that Robert did not have a renter's license and that he had several properties being watched by the City of Brooklyn Park for these reasons listed above. We reported him and moved out! Robert seized our furniture from our property and refused to return it. Horrible guy, no morals. Do not seek help from him!
