I connected with Jim via Zillow as I was interested in a property that was listed. He contacted me very promptly and while the property I was interested in was already sold, he was able to find alternatives. He graciously worked around my hectic work and travel schedule, which was especially helpful as I was overseas when I made an offer on a property. That offer fell through, but eventually I was successful. He did an excellent job of negotiating on my behalf, especially with post inspection issues. He has a good network of contacts and everyone he recommended (Attorney, Lender, Contractor) have been excellent. I would definitely work with Jim again and would recommend him.

We needed to sell our home quickly as we had found our dream home which we needed our house sold to purchase and able to lock in the contract, Robert came in and sold our house within 3.5 weeks. Answered all questions and was very calm as he told us he would sell it within 30 days. We tried for sale by owner initially until he came by and then it was quickly sold. Would recommend him to any! Not only was he a professional, he was also a nice guy and took the time out each time to play with my kids. Great guy!
