I used two realtors before I used Robert. No - one could sell my home - but Robert did! He had beautiful brochures, great marketing and was very attentive and professional!

WOW, I cannot recommend the Super Hero team of Barbara and Robert enough. Working with Robert and Barbara made selling our home very easy. Barbara made recommendations on how to prepare our house for showing to the public. Robert then coordinated getting a personal portfolio prepared for our home using a professional photographer that was outstanding. We feel that this portfolio was the key tool that made our house sell as quick as it did. Robert was convinced that our home would sell fast. At first, we didn't expect that our home would sell fast, but his prediction was correct. It sold in less than a month. Robert was always in contact with us advising us of upcoming showings with potential clients (which he always attended) and gave us feedback after the showings. When we accepted the offer for our home, Robert then explained the closing process. He guided us thru it and even coordinated getting inspections done with our township. I was very grateful to him since he attended some of these inspections when we were not available. Robert is a great agent and I would highly recommend him to any person that wants to sell their homes.

Robert Clausen sold my house in a week at FULL PRICE after I had been listed with another realtor for an entire year! He was extremely thorough and professional at all times! I would highly recommend him!
- HowieRobert Clausen helped me buy my first home! It was a short sale and took over a year because of the bank. Even though I am sure he had many other clients that were buying bigger and more expensive homes, he always had time for me and was right on top of all the necessary paperwork. I was very very impressed! I have already recommended him to a few of my friends and they are thrilled with him.
- Joe and SusanRobert Clausen was the best realtor I have ever worked with. As an investor I buy many homes and have worked with many realtors. Robert is by far the best, most professional and knowledgeable I have come across. He is now the only realtor I will work with. I highly recommend him.
