Horrible....Did not negotiate the best price, actually paid more and talked me into paying the closing cost..as he stated, "How about we sweeten the deal, you'll get the house...", then forgot to give me the key at closing and made me meet him to pick up the key...After being "swindled" and "con", never said, thank you, or sent a card.....NEVER AGAIN. HE ONLY EXCELLED AT BEING A CON AND A SWINDLER...
