First time home buyer. I think things went well. Excited to start making it my home. Thank you for helping with all of the questions.

This was my second experience with Robert Ellis. He was my buyers agent 5 years ago for my first home purchase. Fast forward he became my sellers agent. Robert is practical, smart, honest, and has a background in construction. His knowledge helped guide be through two huge transactions in my life. Above all he was patient and kind when I needed it the most. Im thankful for him and his team. I highly recommend Robert Ellis in guiding you finding or selling your home.

Robert and Naomi are a great duo to have on your team when buying a home. This was our first time purchasing a house, and they made it a great experience. They were very knowledgeable and constantly looking around to see what fit our needs. They were also upfront with anything that they saw that we needed to know about, so we didn't get any unpleasant surprises. When we buy the next house we will definitely be reaching out to Robert again!

When no other RE agent in Corpus Christi wanted to deal with us because we now live overseas, Robert stepped in and provided us with the efficient and helpful service we needed. We found a house on Padre Island next to our daughter. We called Robert even though he was the sellers realtor, and Im so glad we did. We were up in Nebraska, but because of the location next to our daughter decided to buy the house sight unseen, although with inspections. Robert sent pictures, told us anything wrong with the house, provided us with inspectors to use, walked through the inspections and kept in constant contact. The purchase paperwork was all sent electronically and he was very prompt to answer any questions we had, and made the sale very smooth. Easiest house weve ever bought.He met us at the closing, took us to the house and showed us anything he thought that needed fixed. Provided us with where to put a water softener, and to us, became a new island friend. I cant speak highly enough about a Robert, and would recommend him to anyone wishing to purchase property.

I am writing this review because of the extreme amount of patience Robert had with me in finding my new home. What I thought I wanted in a home changed as we progressed through our home search, sometimes it was given up one thing to obtain another, and that was not always easy to decide. So after a little time we narrowed it down to 2 homes. I was able to find what I needed and filled most of my "it would be nice also list" within a budget that I can manage, with Robert's help weeding out the homes and narrowingthem down to the ones that best fitted my most important want list. There were many homes to choose from, but he was able to dig deeper than looking at pictures and shined some light on the pros and cons of each home along with potential methods of obtaining the home and I know it saved us many many hours of driving around looking at homes that I would not or could not buy. I will be moving in next month and I am a happy buyer. I really don't plan on moving again anytime soon, but if I did I most surely would use his services again.
