Over a four day period I worked with Rob to locate and purchase a property in Albany, Oregon. He was prepared to meet me with a list of properties at various locations. He worked hard to find the type and location of the property I was interested in buying. Once I decided to offer on a property he presented the offer and it was accepted the next day. Rob followed through with ALL the signed documents and questions that needed to be answered. He went the extra mile in following up on the required tests and inspections as well as putting me in touch with contractors who could meet my needs after the purchase. My assessment is that he knows his work, he works well with his customers, he is committed and thorough. Very easy to work with!

Rob was really great. As a first time homeowner, the whole process was daunting for us. Rob made the whole process seem very easy as he worked for us and made sure all the details were taken care of and the process was easy for us. helped us with professional advice and a lot of patience. Rob was very professional in all interactions, knew about the details of the homes we wanted to see and would give excellent suggestions and share insight into the situation that is often not apparent from just the postings. I will definitely recommend him to others.

Rob is one of the best agents I have ever had the pleasure to work with! He was so wonderful with the purchase of my home in Corvallis. He went above and beyond the call of duty by assuring me of a fair deal and that everything was all set for me to come and do the final paperwork on signing day. He was terrific in showing my folks and me(via iPhone) the house before purchase since I am out of state. I trust him implicitly. After the purchase and subsequent months after I have asked Rob for advise on various vendors to use or who to contact to do repairs to the houses as per my request. All in all, Rob has been fantastic! I look forward to working with him again on the sale of the house or further transactions

Rob Foss exceeded expectations of a good realtor. Property was far from town and still he made many trips to ensure things were taken care of and looked good. With his wife's help the staging was expertly done and really looked nice. Made me not want to sell. Negotiations were smoothly handled.

My husband and I had our hands full with a new baby and a toddler but we really needed to relocate to shorten our long commute. We lucked out when we met Rob! Rob was sensitive to our busy life and helped in many ways that no normal realtor would. I truly believe that is was more then just business and that he wanted to help our family. The staging of the home we were selling was so lovely that we questioned selling it and no doubt a big part of the reason that our home sold in only two days. Rob is a genuinely nice person and went above and beyond with our recent home purchase. It was a bit challenging for us, because we were out of state, but Rob kept an eye on repairs, measured some things out for us and was present for everything. He knows the area extremely well and we are lucky we had his guidance, being fairly unfamiliar with the area. The sellers on our home were not the most responsive, which was frustrating for all of us, but Rob kept calm, followed up with the sellers A LOT, and always let us know what was going on. He's punctual, reliable and very communicative. We strongly recommend Rob and would work with him again any day
